Swedish water innovation enables regenerative farming for millions

Last week the Swedish magazine “Framtidens hållbara matsystem” – Foodsystems for a sustainable future,  Spowdi was featured as a case study on how our system can improve livelihoods for a majority of the 500 million small-hold farms worldwide that produce one-third of the worlds´ food and employ up to two billion people. Spowdi enables small-hold farmers to move and save water with help from the sun as the energy source, thus securing an efficient and profitable food production, and leaving the fossil era behind. With a growing global population, the demand for more food has increased. All the more, we need to ensure that the way we produce food is resilient and regenerative.
